• Step 1: Fill out, and submit, the RMA Request form to start the repair process.
  • Step 2: Download the Return Authorization form.
  • Step 3: Fill out the RMA information form.
  • Step 4: Properly protect and package the item to be returned.
  • Step 5: Include the RMA information form with the return item.
  • Step 6: Place the RMA number on the outside of the packaging
  • Step 7: Ship and insure the item to Fortec Star Repair.
  • Step 8: Fortec Star Repair will contact you via email or telephone with diagnostic results and estimated cost of repair if applicable.
  • Step 9: Repaired items will be shipped back to the shipping address listed on the RMA information form
